Properly stored, our products can last a year without significant loss in quality.
For an even longer shelf life, store in the refrigerator.
Please note that tallow has a melting point of about 96 degrees F. As temperatures are warming up, I will add cooling packs to orders being shipped in an effort to keep your products in their beautiful whipped form. I recommend not letting packages sit in mail boxes for extended periods of time so they don’t melt in the heat. If a product does melt, I can help give instruction to return your tallow to its beautiful whipped form.
